  1. Steep mint in boiling water for 5-10 minutes
  2. You may continue to add boiling water to the mint throughout the day and enjoy several cups

Mint energizes the qi of the liver, which is responsible for ease and smooth transitions in your daily life. Having strong liver qi keeps you emotionally stable and adaptable in your moment to moment experience. It allows you to easily move through stressors and change, preventing them from triggering extreme emotional responses.
