About Our Online Classes

We developed all of our classes to address the mind, body, and spirit as a whole in an efficient and effective way.We know time is tight and finding the right work / life balance isn’t always easy. Our classes range from 30 to 60 minutes with time before and after class to ask questions and be part of a community. If you can’t attend the  live class, no problem. Monthly members will receive a replay link that they can watch at their leisure.
Leona can help correct, guide, and motivate you throughout your journey. Classes in the Vibrant Living Online Yoga and Wellness Studio each offer a different focus so you can sign up for the ones that meet your needs.

Why train in the morning?

Most of our classes are offered in the morning and that’s because we know that if you commit to working out before the day begins, you’re more likely to actually do it. We like commitment and follow through because when you switch into a growth mindset, your world starts to change.
How many times have you scheduled a workout after work only to cancel it a few hours before? Maybe you’re good at talking yourself out of things if you feel tired, stressed or lost on how to approach it. But that’s why we’re here. We keep things tight, focused + efficient for our members and want to actually SEE you in our sessions. This isn’t the type of membership you never use. This is one that you are excited about using because it has the power to change your life in so many positive ways.
We are confident that you can get up early and that you can become a morning person. I’ll be there to hold you accountable and before you know it, you’ll be getting up before your alarm goes off!



What equiptment do i need to participate in online classes?

For our yoga classes, we suggest having a yoga mat. You may want to incorporate props like a  block or strap but they aren’t necessary. In fact, you can use things you already have at home like a couch cushion or pillow or a tie or belt to substitute for props. The only thing you really need is YOU!

For our strength classes, we suggest 3=5 pound hand weights for women to start with. The weight you use will depend on your fitness level. If you don’t have weights, or they are currently contraindicated, no worries! You can use your body’s own resistance and still get amazing effects.

Whether you are participating in our yoga, meditaiton, strength, or fusion classes, as long as you have a safe, open space to practice in, you’re all set to go.

When are classes offered?

Use our class schedule to search for your favorite classes. We mainly offer sessions in the morning for accountability purposes but you will see other times on occasion.

HOw do access the member hub and sign into classes?

Once ou sign up you will get all the inforation you need to make your experience great.

Basic members will have access to everythign through the Member Hub. Plus members will have access to the Member Hub as well as all live class links and replays. All live classes are hosted by Zoom video conferencing.



Do I have to keep my viddeo on during class?

For group classes, if you prefer not to have the two way experience, you can absolutely turn off your video and just watch to follow along on your own. We do mute everyone during the actual class in order for better sound quality. We encourage you to keep your video on though in order to have  an interactive expereince and be a part of the community before and after class. However, whatever makes your experience better is what we want for you!

For 1 on 1 sessions, we do require that you keep your video on to enhance your expereince and allow the teacher to ensure that you have proper form.

Do I have to be flexible to do yoga?

Absolutely not! Everyone is different. Some people can naturally touch their toes. Other people have extremely tight hamstrings and can barely touch their knees. Wherever you’re at, that’s where you are meant to be. We encourage everyone to listen to their own body and work within your body’s limitations.
