My aim as a practitioner is to address the health needs affecting men and women, tailoring sessions to help integrate and support a person’s mental, emotional, and physical health. I draw from my diverse educational background, specific bodywork training – as well as my intuitive presence and awareness – to facilitate a tailored session for each individual. I focuses on helping alleviate symptoms caused by stress, injuries, and daily life by encouraging the body’s own natural healing process.
Vibrant Living Wellness uses a whole person approach that integrates health, fitness, and wellness to help improve your quality of life. I provide services and resources to help you live a healthy, active, and long life. I am commuted to you as an individual and to the community at large.
