We find that most members who workout at-home love the convenience. If you’re a person who goes to the gym or yoga studio and feels lost, takes group classes and never gets the attention you want, constantly falls off track and needs more accountability then our online studio is for you. Working out at home can help you build the consistency you need to get fit!

Semi-private Experience

For those that are part of the Basic Plus membership, the virtual studio features LIVE online classes using Zoom Conferencing, meaning you can see your instuctor, your instructor can see you, and you can see the others in the class. The class opens 15 minutes prior to the class start time and leaves time after class for community and time to ask questions or get support.

FAQs

What is the nutrition theory?
There are food rules, the number of meals, a list of allowed foods, how much and what to drink, etc. This program is suitable for any dietary theory.
What is included in the fitness section?
There are fitness challenges daily. Usually am and pm. This program requires some exertion and will be good for people who are physically able to participate in more extreme challenges. There is a tracker that can be kept online or printed out. There are YouTube links for your participants to become familiar with the exercise and form.
What type of recipes?
The recipe cards are blank and are a part of the challenge. The participants will exchange their own recipes.
