All classes are presented in an online format. Upon registration, you’ll be provided with links to the class. Please remember, this is a positive space. We are here to uplift each other. Everyone is welcome. However, anyone presenting negative comments towards others or presenting actions that disturbs the class will be removed.

Classes are intended for educational purposes only and are not intended to replace medical advice. By attending classes, you agree that you are mentally and physically healthy and take responsibility for your own health and well-being. If you have questions about the class, modification, etc, please contact us as we are happy to answer any questions you might have

 Daybreak Yoga – Rise and shine with yoga! Join Leona in a group practice meant to provide a calm and grounding practice that will help you find clarity of mind, improved balance, and a grounded framework for the rest of your day. These classes provide a slow and relaxed approach to yoga, specifically meant to allow you the time to find comfort in the pose and connect with your breath. Classes may include asana (posture), pranayama (breath work), relaxation exercises, meditation, occasional qigong (Chinese yoga) movements, and/or any combination of the above. Suitable for all levels. Modifications are offered throughout the practice.

Morning Meditation – Join Leona in group meditation where her aim is to provide a community space where you can calm your mind and send out positive vibes for the day. Classes will begin with a light yogic stretch and a breathing practice to relax our body and mind. We will then introduce a meditation teaching/practice. Like exercise, the benefits of meditation accumulate when done regularly. Meditation is a practice to calm and train the mind by using techniques such as mindfulness, focusing on the present moment or the breath, and many others. Meditation has many benefits, including calming the nervous system, stress relief and prevention, emotional stability and resilience, and creating peace of mind.

Yoga Strength – Achieve the most amazing results with the least amount of effort, by engaging you in full body moves that work multiple areas simultaneously Fun, engaging, yoga sculpt workouts that are easy to follow and can be done in less than 30 minutes. A unique combination of yoga sculpt moves and yoga flows that’ll keep you committed to working out

In any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible.  Yoga and other activity is no substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatment.  By registering to participate in classes, 1-on-1 sessions, workshops, and memberships with Leona Harter (yoga teacher/event organizer), the student/participant assumes the risk of yoga or other activity and releases the teacher(s) and organizer from any liability claims.
