🚶 Wake up 5 minutes early and stretch, do yoga, or a short body weight workout.
🚶 Do squats or heel raises while brushing your teeth.
🚶 If you work at a job where you sit, schedule walking or stretching breaks every hour – this could just be walking up and down the flight of stairs, walking to the bathroom or water fountain, or standing up and moving your arms and legs. Set an alarm on your phone or calendar to remind you each hour.
🚶 Take a short walk outside after lunch.
🚶 Park further away from the grocery store.
🚶 Throw in a few pushups with hands on the counter while cooking dinner.
🚶 Take the piles of laundry upstairs in various trips instead of bringing the whole basket up at once.
